R — 原文 (Reading)

"地之秽者多生物，水之清者常无鱼。故君子当存含垢纳污之量，不可持好洁独行之操。"

— 洪应明, 《菜根谭·厚德载物 雅量容人》

I — 方法论骨架 (Interpretation)

  1. 自然法则：污秽的土地长植物，清澈的水没有鱼。 洪应明用自然现象说明"纯"不一定是好的。
  2. "含垢纳污"不是堕落，是容纳。 君子需要有接纳污垢的能力，因为这是生成之道。
  3. "好洁独行"的问题是：你在排斥什么，你就失去什么。 越追求纯洁的环境和人，越孤独。
  4. 核心：真正的君子不是"出淤泥而不染"，而是"处淤泥而不弃"。 不是逃离污垢，而是接纳并转化。
  5. 这是一个关于"容量"的修炼。 你的容量越大，你能容纳的人和事就越多，你的世界就越大。
