Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00119 $0.02317
Opus 5 $0.00060 $0.01158
Sonnet 5 $0.00024 $0.00463
Haiku 4.5 $0.00012 $0.00232

Security

Grade A, and why

right-people-right-things scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Right People Doing the Right Things Right(对的人做对的事)

R — 原文 (Reading)

"Do you have the 'right people doing the right things right' inside the organization?"

— Verne Harnish, Scaling Up, 第1章 Overview

(Interpretation)

  • Right People + Right Things + ❌ Right Way = 客户体验不一致,品牌承诺无法兑现
  • Right People + ❌ Right Things + Right Way = 团队很努力但战略跑偏
  • ❌ Right People + Right Things + Right Way = 执行质量差,关键岗位成为瓶颈

(Past Application)

2: The Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) 在GE的落地

Weight to the lead"
  • 结论: 当"Things"太多时,Right People也在做Wrong Things

Brand Promise Guarantee

  • 方法论的使用: Zappos将"Brand Promise"定义为具体行为准则(1小时回复、365天退货),并培训Right People用Right Way兑现
  • 结论: 没有标准化的Right Way,Right People也会给出不一致的交付

(Future Trigger) ★

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
