Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00097 $0.05337
Opus 5 $0.00048 $0.02669
Sonnet 5 $0.00019 $0.01067
Haiku 4.5 $0.00010 $0.00534

Security

Grade A, and why

client-onboarding-checklist scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Agency Client Onboarding Checklist

Purpose

Provide a structured, repeatable onboarding workflow for agencies taking on new advertising clients. A thorough onboarding prevents the most common causes of client churn: misaligned expectations, missed tracking issues, and slow time-to-results.

When to Use This Skill

Invoke when user mentions:

  • New client: "I'm onboarding a new client"
  • Account takeover: "Taking over an ad account from another agency"
  • Onboarding process: "What should I check when starting with a new client?"
  • Audit: "Need to audit a client's ad accounts"
  • Kickoff: "What should I cover in a kickoff meeting?"
  • Reporting: "How should I structure client reports?"
  • 30/60/90 plan: "What does the first 90 days look like?"
  • Transition: "Client is moving from in-house to our agency"

Phase 1: Discovery (Days 1-5)

Objective

Understand the business, goals, audience, and competitive landscape deeply enough to build a strategy. Do NOT touch the ad accounts yet.

Discovery Meeting Agenda (90 minutes)

Time Topic Questions to Ask
0-15 min Business overview Revenue, margins, growth targets, product/service mix
15-30 min Target audience Who buys? Demographics, psychographics, buying triggers
30-45 min Current marketing What's working? What's been tried? What failed?
45-60 min Competitive landscape Who are the top 3 competitors? How do they differentiate?
60-75 min Goals & KPIs Revenue target, ROAS target, CPA target, timeline
75-90 min Access & logistics Account access, brand guidelines, approval process, reporting cadence

Discovery Checklist

# Item Status Notes
1 Business model documented (B2C/B2B/D2C, margins, AOV)
2 Revenue targets and timeline confirmed Monthly/quarterly goals
3 Target audience personas (2-3 max) defined Age, location, interests, pain points
4 Competitive landscape mapped (top 3-5 competitors) Spend estimates, positioning
5 Current ad spend by platform documented
6 Historical performance baseline captured Last 90 days minimum
7 Seasonal patterns identified Peak periods, slow periods
8 Brand guidelines received Logo, colors, tone of voice, dos/don'ts
9 Existing creative assets inventoried Images, videos, copy bank
10 Approval workflow agreed upon Who approves ads? Turnaround time?
11 Reporting cadence agreed Weekly email, monthly call, quarterly review
12 Success metrics and KPIs agreed in writing Signed off by both sides

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
