retrospective

retrospective is a skill for Claude Code from CodePhobiia/claude-roblox-game-studio. It costs 22 tokens per session (541 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A structured meeting guide for reviewing a completed development sprint. A sprint is a short, planned period of work; the review looks at successes, problems, and specific actions for the next sprint.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to review sprint plans, milestone notes, decisions, bugs, and available metrics, then define actions with owners, deadlines, and success criteria.
Why use it?
It turns general feedback into concrete, assignable improvements. It also helps teams spot slipped work, process friction, escaped bugs, and practices that are not helping.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00022 $0.00541
Opus 5 $0.00011 $0.00270
Sonnet 5 $0.00004 $0.00108
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00054

Security

Grade A, and why

retrospective scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

/retrospective — Sprint Retrospective

Delegate to: producer

Steps

1. Identify Sprint

Ask: "Which sprint are we retrospecting?"

  • Default: most recent sprint in production/sprints/

2. Load Sprint Data

Read:

  • Sprint plan (original commitments)
  • Milestone reviews (if this sprint spanned a milestone)
  • Decision log entries from this sprint's timeframe
  • Any bug reports filed
  • Metrics if available (agent log, time tracking)

3. Facilitate Reflection

Ask the user to reflect on:

What went well?

  • Features shipped as planned
  • Good process moments
  • Effective collaboration
  • Technical wins

What didn't go well?

  • Tasks that slipped
  • Unexpected blockers
  • Process friction
  • Bugs that escaped to production

What should we try?

  • New practices to experiment with
  • Changes to existing process
  • Tool improvements
  • Agent delegation patterns that might help

What should we stop?

  • Practices that aren't paying off
  • Meetings or overhead that's not useful
  • Tool usage that's hurting flow

4. Extract Action Items

For each "try" or "stop":

  • Make it concrete and assignable
  • Give it a target sprint
  • Define success criteria

5. Generate Retro Document

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

retrospective is a skill published in the GitHub repository CodePhobiia/claude-roblox-game-studio (9 stars, last pushed 4mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 22 tokens to every session and 541 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.
