full-development

full-development is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from Deepank308/hermes-swe-agent. It costs 35 tokens per session (771 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A complete software-development workflow for handling a feature, fix, refactor, or other coding task. It includes planning, TDD—writing tests before the implementation—verification, integration checks, and pull-request creation.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to understand requirements, plan affected code, write failing tests, implement the change, run checks, and prepare a pull request.
Why use it?
It provides a repeatable path from a request to tested, reviewed code and requires problems to be fixed before completion.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00035 $0.00771
Opus 5 $0.00017 $0.00385
Sonnet 5 $0.00007 $0.00154
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00077

Measured 4d ago against content hash 22289fda2444, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-08-30, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

full-development scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Not a fault in itself. Listed so you know the mod talks to something, and to what.

Full Development Workflow

Use this workflow for feature requests, enhancements, refactors, and general tasks.

Phase 1: Understand & Plan

  1. Read the Linear ticket thoroughly — understand the requirements, acceptance criteria, and any linked context.
  2. Explore the relevant code to understand existing patterns and architecture.
  3. Plan your approach: identify affected files, data flow, and potential edge cases.
  4. Check for area-specific skills that may apply to the codebase you're working in.

Phase 2: Implement with TDD

Invoke superpowers:test-driven-development and follow its methodology:

  • Red: Write failing tests that capture the expected behavior.
  • Green: Implement the minimum code to make tests pass.
  • Refactor: Clean up while keeping tests green.

Keep changes focused on the ticket — do not refactor unrelated code.

Phase 3: Verify

Invoke superpowers:verification-before-completion and follow its methodology:

  • Run all relevant tests (unit, integration).
  • Run lint and type checks on changed files.
  • If any failures: fix the issue and re-verify (up to 3 attempts).
  • Do NOT proceed to Phase 4 until all checks pass with evidence.

Phase 4: Integration Testing

This phase is mandatory when the change involves APIs, endpoints, services, middleware, or anything that runs inside Docker containers. Skip only for pure frontend changes or isolated utility functions with no runtime dependencies.

Unit tests with mocks cannot catch runtime integration issues like:

  • Middleware ordering and interaction
  • Auth flows through the full stack
  • Service-to-service communication
  • Database session scoping in async contexts

Steps

  1. Restart affected services to pick up code changes. Wait for health checks to pass.

  2. Test the happy path end-to-end. Make real HTTP requests that exercise the full flow:

    • Use curl to hit the actual endpoints through the running services.
    • Include authentication headers if the endpoint requires auth.
    • Verify the response status code AND body content.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

full-development is a skill published in the GitHub repository Deepank308/hermes-swe-agent (12 stars, last pushed 4mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 35 tokens to every session and 771 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 1 finding (makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
