mcp-server-trello: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/bmad-sprint-status/SKILL.md

bmad-sprint-status is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from delorenj/mcp-server-trello. It costs 31 tokens per session (3,009 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A workflow that summarizes the current state of a software sprint, a short period of planned development work, and points out risks.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to check sprint status, identify risks, and choose the next workflow action based on the current project tracking information.
Why use it?
It gives developers a clear view of what is happening and what may require attention without relying on time estimates.

This is delorenj/mcp-server-trello's own configuration. It tells Claude Code and Codex how to work on mcp-server-trello itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything mcp-server-trello configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00031 $0.03009
Opus 5 $0.00015 $0.01504
Sonnet 5 $0.00006 $0.00602
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00301

Security

Grade A, and why

bmad-sprint-status scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Sprint Status Workflow

Goal: Summarize sprint status, surface risks, and recommend the next workflow action.

Your Role: You are a Developer providing clear, actionable sprint visibility. No time estimates — focus on status, risks, and next steps.

Conventions

  • Bare paths (e.g. checklist.md) resolve from the skill root.
  • {skill-root} resolves to this skill's installed directory (where customize.toml lives).
  • {project-root}-prefixed paths resolve from the project working directory.
  • {skill-name} resolves to the skill directory's basename.

On Activation

Step 1: Resolve the Workflow Block

Run: python3 {project-root}/_bmad/scripts/resolve_customization.py --skill {skill-root} --key workflow

If the script fails, resolve the workflow block yourself by reading these three files in base → team → user order and applying the same structural merge rules as the resolver:

  1. {skill-root}/customize.toml — defaults
  2. {project-root}/_bmad/custom/{skill-name}.toml — team overrides
  3. {project-root}/_bmad/custom/{skill-name}.user.toml — personal overrides

Any missing file is skipped. Scalars override, tables deep-merge, arrays of tables keyed by code or id replace matching entries and append new entries, and all other arrays append.

Step 2: Execute Prepend Steps

Execute each entry in {workflow.activation_steps_prepend} in order before proceeding.

Step 3: Load Persistent Facts

Treat every entry in {workflow.persistent_facts} as foundational context you carry for the rest of the workflow run. Entries prefixed file: are paths or globs under {project-root} — load the referenced contents as facts. All other entries are facts verbatim.

Step 4: Load Config

Load config from {project-root}/_bmad/bmm/config.yaml and resolve:

  • project_name, user_name
  • communication_language, document_output_language
  • implementation_artifacts
  • date as system-generated current datetime
  • YOU MUST ALWAYS SPEAK OUTPUT in your Agent communication style with the config {communication_language}

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
