What is ways-of-working?

A set of engineering instructions covering how an agent should plan, build, test, and deliver software. It includes TDD, or writing tests before implementation, CI/CD, GitHub Flow, code-quality checks, and Kubernetes workflows with ksail.

Filing issues, planning work, setting up projects, configuring automated build and release pipelines, writing tests, debugging, and making architecture decisions.

It gives consistent guidance for common development tasks instead of leaving each decision to the agent.
