What is gap-ownership?

A framework for finding gaps between teams, systems, or stages of work and assigning someone to close each gap. It keeps final accountability with the coordinating party until the gap is verified as closed.

Use it to handle interface mismatches, unclear assumptions, integration debt, or organizational handoff problems.

It prevents cross-boundary problems from being left unowned or passed between people without resolution.
