Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00107 $0.04316
Opus 5 $0.00053 $0.02158
Sonnet 5 $0.00021 $0.00863
Haiku 4.5 $0.00011 $0.00432

Security

Grade A, and why

creative-identity-and-purpose scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

The Permission to Create

Creativity is not a talent. It is a way of seeing -- and according to the text, every person is already creative. Most have simply never given themselves permission. "Creativity is not a rare ability," the text argues. "It is not difficult to access. Creativity is a fundamental aspect of being human. It's our birthright." The entrepreneur who believes creativity belongs to designers, musicians, and novelists has already surrendered the single greatest competitive advantage available: the willingness to perceive the world freshly and act on that perception. Building a company is among the most demanding creative acts a person can undertake. The sooner that truth is acknowledged, the sooner the founder stops waiting for inspiration and starts recognising that they have been creating all along.

The Framework

Five Pillars of Creative Identity

the book's philosophy, distilled across dozens of meditative essays, converges on five interconnected principles that together form a creative operating system for the entrepreneur.

1. Everyone Is a Creator

The act of creation is not confined to artefacts displayed in galleries. "To create is to bring something into existence that wasn't there before. It could be a conversation, the solution to a problem, a note to a friend, the rearrangement of furniture in a room." Every product decision, every pitch, every pricing model, every conversation with a customer is a creative act. Recognising this does not inflate the word "creative" beyond meaning -- it restores it to its original scope. The founder who sees their work as creative treats problems differently: with curiosity rather than dread, with experimentation rather than formula.

2. Beginner's Mind

the text tells the story of AlphaGo, the artificial intelligence that defeated the world's greatest Go player with a move no human had made in three thousand years of play. The machine's advantage was not superior intelligence but the absence of accumulated convention. "To see what no human has seen before, to know what no human has known before, it may be necessary to see as if through eyes that have never seen." For the entrepreneur, expertise is simultaneously an asset and a cage. The founder with twenty years of industry experience knows what is "impossible" -- and that knowledge blocks precisely the innovations that would redefine the category.

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
