Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00029 | $0.00727 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00012 | $0.00291 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00006 | $0.00145 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00073 |
Grade A, and why
bdd-plan scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 33 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
BDD Plan
Create a plan; do not implement it. Accept a rough idea, conversation, issue, PRD, or repository as input. Use behavior-driven development to make expected outcomes observable before prescribing code changes.
Intake
- Before writing the plan, ask the user which policy the eventual implementer should follow when post-implementation verification finds gaps: automatic fix or show findings in the conversation and wait for a reply. Record the answer in the plan. Ask on every invocation, even when implementation will happen later.
- Read the supplied material. When a repository is available, inspect its relevant code, tests, and agent instructions. Cite verified repository-relative paths in the plan; label proposed paths as proposed. Resolve conflicting sources with the user. Ask about missing decisions that change observable behavior; state minor assumptions explicitly.
- Identify the main success path, relevant alternate paths, failures, and boundaries. For a bug fix, describe the current failure and corrected behavior in observable terms. Do not invent a fixed number of scenarios.
Plan contract
Write one Markdown plan in the repository at a suitable path, or return Markdown in the conversation when no repository is available. Honor a user-specified path. Scale detail to the change. Include:
- Objective, scope, sources, relevant current behavior, assumptions, and unresolved blockers.
- Scenarios with stable
B-01,B-02, ... identifiers. UseGiven / When / Then, addingAndor an examples table where helpful. State outcomes a user or external observer can distinguish; include setup and expected results precise enough to verify. - Give any explicit plan requirement that is not itself a scenario a stable
R-01,R-02, ... identifier, so the final verifier can account for it. - Ordered implementation tasks sized so one agent can implement and verify each independently. Each task names the scenarios it serves, concrete work, genuine dependencies, and a verification step with expected results. Include relevant repository paths when known. Every scenario must map to implementation and verification work; every implementation task must serve a stated behavior or necessary constraint.
- Completion criteria that cover the scenarios and any other explicit plan requirements.
- A mandatory final task, after implementation, directing the implementing agent to dispatch one sub-agent to verify the implemented code against every scenario and every other plan requirement. The verifier must inspect relevant code, run appropriate tests or checks, and report
pass, fail, orunverifiedfor each scenario and requirement, with concrete code or test evidence. The implementing agent must show that report in the conversation; it writes no report file unless the user requests one.
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

bdd-plan is a skill published in the GitHub repository felipepg22/FPGSkills (11 stars, last pushed 8d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 29 tokens to every session and 727 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-18.
