Use it as a calculation back end for wall, floor, and ceiling reviews. It can estimate airborne insulation, impact-sound improvement, cavity effects, resonance risks, sound-bridge risks, and how changes in key inputs affect the result.

It provides an early technical estimate when laboratory tests or site measurements are not available. The results are estimates only and do not decide whether a design meets a legal or project limit.
