A script and workflow for producing code-coverage reports for a Swift package. Code coverage shows which source lines are exercised by tests, and the reports include text, lcov, and browsable HTML forms.

Use it after adding tests or before claiming test work is complete, to create summaries and an HTML report from the package's coverage data.

It makes coverage available locally and in continuous integration without adding external coverage services or committing generated reports.
