Diffuse-Native-Apps: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/privacy/SKILL.md

privacy is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from hoangsonww/Diffuse-Native-Apps. It costs 36 tokens per session (281 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A set of rules for labeling collected information by privacy risk and removing protected fields during export. It defines which data stays on the device and which data can be shared.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when adding collected fields, changing redaction behavior, or updating export and privacy screens.
Why use it?
It reduces the risk of exposing identifying information such as network names or repository paths. It also ensures exported copies are redacted without changing the original stored data.

This is hoangsonww/Diffuse-Native-Apps's own configuration. It tells Claude Code and Codex how to work on Diffuse-Native-Apps itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything Diffuse-Native-Apps configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00036 $0.00281
Opus 5.5 $0.00014 $0.00112
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00007 $0.00056
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00028

Security

Grade A, and why

privacy scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Privacy

Local-first. Nothing leaves the device unless the user exports. No account, no telemetry.

Classification

Level Meaning
public Safe to share (OS version)
local Mildly identifying, kept on device
sensitive Identifies the user or environment (SSID, repo path)
restricted Never collected, or always stripped on export

RedactionPolicy.none still redacts restricted. standard (default) redacts sensitive+. strict redacts local+.

Redaction is a copy. Snapshot.redacted must not mutate the stored snapshot.

Checks

  • New fields have a classification on the descriptor.
  • PrivacyLedger.neverCollected stays a design commitment; do not silently delete lines.
  • Export paths (SnapshotService.exportSnapshot/Diff/Report) apply a policy.
  • Tests: Tests/Domain/PrivacyAndRedactionTests.swift and redaction invariants.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

privacy is a skill published in the GitHub repository hoangsonww/Diffuse-Native-Apps (11 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 36 tokens to every session and 281 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-11-07.
