debug_report()— как этим MCP пользовались: какие тулы звали, в каком порядке, что получили в ответ, где повторяли один и тот же вызов, не поняв ответа. Нужен, когда чинишь MCP, а не когда выполняешь просьбу пользователя. - Диагностика:
