Порядок
messenger_unread()— если вопрос «есть ли что-то новое», этого часто достаточно: тул сразу называет чаты, а не сырые id.messenger_conversations()— взятьconversationIdнужного чата. Поддержка обычно называется «Поддержка». Нет нужного чата — листай:offsetиз шапки.messenger_messages(conversation_id)— прочитать. Старые сверху, по умолчанию последние 20 с ОДНОЙ страницы банка:limit=0— вся страница,offset— окно старее внутри неё (число подскажет шапка). Длинное сообщение по умолчанию обрезано до 400 символов с пометкой —max_chars=0покажет его целиком.limit/offsetлистают ТОЛЬКО эту страницу; на предыдущую страницу банка (ещё старее) переводитbefore_id— id самого старого сообщения, СТАРЕЕ которого догрузить. Дошёл до края и хочешь глубже — тул сам печатает нужныйbefore_id="…": это курсор на следующую страницу, а НЕ «старее ничего нет». Вызовиmessenger_messages(conversation_id, before_id="<тот id>").messenger_send(conversation_id, text)— только после того, как показал пользователю текст и получил согласие.
