What is obsidian-tracker-project-new?

A project-creation command that creates a project structure in Obsidian, a note-taking application, and can create it as a subproject.

Use it to create a project or subproject and start tracking it from the new project's location.

It gives new work a named project, description, and optional parent project in the tracker.

Detect subproject intent: Если пользователь упоминает "подпроект", "в проекте X", "sub" — это подпроект. Вызови listProjects, найди родительский проект и передай его имя в parent.

Codex differences

A non-interactive run (codex exec, CI) has nobody to answer a prompt: continue on defaults, honour whatever the invoking prompt already specified, and report which defaults were used. If the whole point of the command is to ask, say that it needs an interactive session and stop rather than inventing answers.
