Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00045 | $0.04379 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00023 | $0.02190 |

Grade A, and why
pm-business-case scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 416 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
PM - Business Case
Agent mode (--agent)
Supports --agent: runs autonomously in a subagent, drafts the artifact from existing inputs, and returns a short summary + coverage note.
- No flag → interactive (default); if inputs are heavy, offer agent mode.
--agent→ obey. First check inputs are complete. Anything missing: do NOT invent it - mark[ASSUMED - what/why]in the output and summary. Never hallucinate to fill a gap.
What this skill does
Translates Phase 2 market data and Phase 3b business model + metrics into a structured business case:
- Financial projections (3-year revenue model)
- Investment requirements
- Go/No-Go recommendation with explicit assumptions and risks
This is a synthesis skill. Projections are explicitly assumption-based, not predictions. Every number must trace to an assumption the user has stated or derived from Phase 2 research.
No invented financial data. Claude builds the structure and logic; user provides the commercial assumptions.

Step 0: Current state check
Check for existing artifacts:
- Business Case
Also check: does a Business Model Canvas exist? Does a KPIs framework exist? Does a Market Analysis exist? These three are the source inputs. If Business Model Canvas is missing, the financial projections will be unsupported.
Look for: projections without explicit assumptions, cost model missing AI/infrastructure costs, runway calculation missing, no Go/No-Go recommendation, risks listed without mitigation.
Re-run behavior (delta mode): If a Business Case already exists and upstream inputs changed (updated Business Model, Market Analysis, or KPIs), do not rewrite from scratch. Read the current case first, update only the sections the new evidence supports ([UPDATED - previous: X / new: Y - reason]), and mark unaddressed sections [UNCHANGED]. Show the delta before finalizing. Surface the cascade: /pm-prd, /pm-product-roadmap may need re-check.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

pm-business-case is a skill published in the GitHub repository ljucask/pureinn-product-development (2 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 45 tokens to every session and 4,379 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
