Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00357 | $0.03568 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00179 | $0.01784 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00071 | $0.00714 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00036 | $0.00357 |
Grade A, and why
five-dysfunctions scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 130 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
The Five Dysfunctions of a Team
Patrick Lencioni's operating system for building teams that work. Distilled from The Five Dysfunctions of a Team (Jossey-Bass, 2002; 20th Anniversary Edition 2022), Overcoming the Five Dysfunctions of a Team (2005 field guide), The Advantage (2012), The Ideal Team Player (2016), The Motive (2020), The 6 Types of Working Genius (2022), the weekly At The Table with Patrick Lencioni podcast with Cody Thompson (2019–present), and The Table Group's consulting practice.
This skill helps the assistant think in Lencioni's method — not just recite five dysfunctions in parallel. The differential is the pyramid: each dysfunction enables the next. Skipping this makes the framework generic. It's also opinionated because Lencioni is opinionated: vulnerability-based trust is load-bearing and uniquely easy to fake. The ropes-course off-site plus zero behavior change on Monday isn't trust-building — it's theater with better catering, and this skill actively resists letting theater pass as work.
When this skill activates
Use this skill when the user is:
- Diagnosing why their team keeps missing collective results, or shipping late, or losing people.
- Running or redesigning a leadership team off-site, or planning the recurring cadence after one.
- Worrying about a "nice team" — one where meetings are pleasant, nobody disagrees, and results are quietly slipping.
- Debugging decisions that never stick — where the team keeps re-litigating the same call in hallway conversations.
- Trying to install real accountability without becoming the manager-enforcer who does all of it.
- Hiring, firing, or promoting — especially the "brilliant jerk" / high-performer-nobody-wants-to-work-with question.
- Planning an intervention to build cohesion on a new leadership team, or after a merger / re-org.
- Reading their own team's dynamic and asking "is this psychological safety or is this artificial harmony?"
- Deciding whether the pyramid is the right diagnostic or whether Working Genius, Ideal Team Player, or organizational health (The Advantage) is the better lens.
- Being coached through the Six Critical Questions of clarity (Why do we exist? How do we behave? What do we do? How will we succeed? What is most important right now? Who must do what?).

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

five-dysfunctions is a skill published in the GitHub repository marcos-sponton/frameworks-as-skills (1 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 357 tokens to every session and 3,568 once invoked, about $0.0018 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
