In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to inventory content, score channels, examine the mix of topics, find gaps, and produce prioritized recommendations. It is for diagnosis, not direct content creation.
Why use it?
It shows what content exists, how channels perform, where topics are missing, and which patterns may be worth repeating before creating a new strategy.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00102 $0.02246
Opus 5 $0.00051 $0.01123
Sonnet 5 $0.00020 $0.00449
Haiku 4.5 $0.00010 $0.00225

Security

Grade A, and why

content-audit scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Content audit

Run a comprehensive content marketing audit for a B2B SaaS company across newsletter/blog, LinkedIn, YouTube, and events. Produces a content inventory, per-channel scores, pillar-mix analysis, gap analysis, success patterns, and prioritized recommendations. Diagnostic only — feeds into /content-strategy. Knowledge type: content-audit (per .claude/rules/ontology.md).

Research substrate

Default substrate: Exa per .claude/rules/exa-protocol.md (auto-loaded). Primary tools: crawling_exa (site content inventory), web_search_exa (competitor benchmarks, channel discovery). Fall back to Firecrawl if crawling_exa unavailable. Crawl-cost discipline (.claude/rules/crawl-cost-discipline.md): for the site content inventory, enumerate pages first with free mcp__spider__spider_links (local, no credits), triage to the in-scope set, then spend crawling_exa / Firecrawl only on kept pages — don't crawl the whole domain just to inventory it. Migration window: prefer mcp__plugin_exa_exa__* once installed; legacy mcp__exa__* still mounted as fallback. Citation: [VERIFIED: exa_search, {url}, accessed {YYYY-MM-DD}]. Quality gate: ≥3 sources per major claim, ≥50% [VERIFIED], no WebSearch fallback without flagging the gap.

When to run

Invoke when the user asks for: audit [company]'s content, content audit for [company], analyze [company]'s content marketing, review [company]'s content channels, what content is [company] producing?, content performance analysis for [company], audit their newsletter/blog/YouTube/LinkedIn, content marketing assessment. Do NOT invoke for: individual post creation (use /linkedin-content or /youtube-scripts), strategy build (use /content-strategy — this skill feeds it), competitor content scan (use /competitor-research Dimension 6), TOV-only analysis (use /tov-guidelines), single-channel quick reviews (answer directly).

Two run modes:

Visual phase map → the premium reference.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
