Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00049 | $0.02855 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00024 | $0.01427 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00010 | $0.00571 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00005 | $0.00285 |
Grade A, and why
b2b-pmm-orchestrator scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 331 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
B2B PMM Orchestrator
When to use
Use this skill first when the user has a B2B product marketing problem but has not already named the exact downstream skill or workflow.
Use it for requests like:
- "Help me with positioning."
- "We need a launch plan."
- "Turn these customer notes into messaging."
- "Make this sales deck better."
- "What should our GTM story be?"
- "Review this landing page."
- "We need a category POV."
- "Help us build the full GTM system for this product."
This is not a content-generation skill. It is the front door, router, and sequencing layer for the rest of the B2B PMM skill suite.
Core principle
Do not make artifacts just because the agent can.
Move the GTM system forward.
Before choosing a skill, identify:
- What decision needs to be made?
- What asset needs to ship?
- Who is the audience?
- What evidence exists?
- What is the highest-leverage next artifact?
- What would be overkill right now?
The best PMM work starts with judgment, not output volume.
Skill routing
Use this table to choose the right downstream skill.
| User situation | Use this skill | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Raw customer calls, notes, sales feedback, interviews, win/loss notes, surveys, support themes, or research | voice-of-customer-synthesis |
Turns messy customer evidence into PMM inputs: pains, triggers, jobs, alternatives, objections, exact language, proof, and implications. |
| Need sharper positioning, messaging, homepage copy, one-liner, ICP clarity, value proposition, or differentiated narrative | positioning-messaging-framework |
Makes the core choices: segment, buyer, alternative, differentiated value, proof, positioning statement, and messaging pillars. |
| Need a sales deck, sales story, founder pitch, first-call narrative, or executive/investor narrative | sales-narrative-deck |
Turns positioning into a story a seller can actually use in conversation. |
| Need a launch plan, launch tier, roadmap GTM strategy, feature announcement plan, or season-of-launch plan | launch-tier-framework |
Decides how much GTM weight a product moment deserves and how to sequence launch activity. |
| Need customer proof, case study, customer story, sales proof point, reference narrative, or one-pager | customer-story-engine |
Turns customer wins into credible proof without inventing claims. |
| Need demo flow, sales demo, founder demo, discovery-led demo, or demo narrative | demo-storyline |
Builds demos around buyer pain, realistic data, discovery, proof, and recap. |
| Need market thesis, thought leadership, category narrative, problem ownership, or strategic POV | category-point-of-view |
Helps define the problem, shift, category frame, narrative pillars, and content system. |
| Need critique, cleanup, QA, or sharpening of AI-generated marketing work | ai-pmm-reviewer |
Reviews against customer truth, positioning, proof, voice, plain English, and AI tells. |
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

b2b-pmm-orchestrator is a skill published in the GitHub repository adam-lagerhausen/b2b-marketing-skills (5 stars, last pushed 2mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 49 tokens to every session and 2,855 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.

adoption-leaderboard
Scores a rep's or a team's recent sales calls against a fixed set of five winning-behavior checklists (rapport, upsell signals, renewal risk, customer experience, value realization), then ranks reps lowest-adoption-first so the highest-leverage coaching targets lead. Use when running a team calibration, prepping 1:1…
challenger
Audits a B2B sales call transcript against the Challenger Sale framework (teach, tailor, take control, plus the commercial-teaching pitch arc), or sweeps a CRM export for deals with no teaching insight logged. Use when a rep leans on discovery-question skill but rarely brings a point of view, when prepping a rep for a…
champion-tracker
Tracks champion strength across a deal's call(s) — builds an action ledger, one row per named contact per cited quote, tagging each as either an act of internal selling (looping in a stakeholder, pushing back for the rep in a room the rep wasn't in) or mere positive sentiment (encouraging words, no action), then reads…
end-client-registration
Audits a partner/reseller's end-client deal registration for completeness — partner identity, end-client entity kept distinct from the partner, engagement scope, conflict check against the direct pipeline, confirmed permission to engage the end-client contact, commercial terms, and an expiry window. Use when reviewing…
executive-briefing
Writes the short brief a rep sends upward out of one deal — to their own exec or the buyer's exec sponsor — covering deal snapshot, status, what's at risk, and the ask, each claim cited to a quote or a CSV column/cell. Use when someone who will never read the transcript needs to act on one deal, not a call-by-call…
