record-pull

record-pull is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from microsoft/cat-agent-skills. It costs 64 tokens per session (318 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A record-collection step that gathers purchase orders, receipts, invoices, returns, quality events, and disputes for a supplier and review period.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to prepare supplier reviews and supply the records needed to calculate delivery, defect, and dispute measures.
Why use it?
It creates a consistent evidence base instead of relying on the supplier's own scorecard or incomplete records. Missing receipts are marked so the affected period is not treated as complete.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00064 $0.00318
Opus 5.5 $0.00026 $0.00127
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00013 $0.00064
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00032

Security

Grade A, and why

record-pull scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Record Pull

Purpose

Assemble the record base per quarter: PO lines, receipts with dates, returns, quality events, invoice disputes, plus the raw issue log.

When to use

Start of every vendor review.

Inputs

ERP extracts (PO/receipt/invoice), returns and quality logs, dispute records; review period. Emits the entry hop (schema in contracts/).

Steps

  1. Build records.json per quarter: lines, on-time-in-full lines, defect and dispute rates - computed inputs, never vendor-supplied numbers (#1.1).
  2. Build issues.json: one row per issue with type, lane/DC, record id.
  3. Validate against the contract.

Output

vendor.json + records.json + issues.json.

Grounding requirements

Every row keeps its ERP record id.

Constraints

  • Records only; the vendor's own scorecard deck is context, not data (#1.1, #4.1).

Escalation / uncertainty

Missing receipts for a quarter -> that quarter marked incomplete (#5).

Files

What ships with it

5 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
