research-architect-evidence

research-architect-evidence is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from mmTheBest/Research-Architect. It costs 48 tokens per session (1,010 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A workflow for organizing research results, observations, analyses, and draft claims into an evidence bank and claim register. It also maps claims to displays, such as figures or tables, and records the limits of each interpretation.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it after research execution to organize evidence, plan figures and tables, connect results to claims, and prepare a bounded interpretation trail.
Why use it?
It helps keep conclusions within what the evidence supports and reveals when a claim, citation, or display still needs work.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00048 $0.01010
Opus 5 $0.00024 $0.00505
Sonnet 5 $0.00010 $0.00202
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00101

Security

Grade A, and why

research-architect-evidence scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Research Architect Evidence and Claim Architecture

Organize executed material into claims that remain inside their evidence and inference boundaries.

Inputs and blocking rule

paper_output/analysis_plan.md
paper_output/evaluation_plan.md
paper_output/study_component_registry.md
paper_output/terminology_ledger.md # when present
paper_output/exemplar_adaptation_plan.md # when target references exist
user-supplied results, sources, analyses, observations, or draft claims

If no verifiable evidence or argumentative material exists, create paper_output/execution_plan.md using ../research-architect/templates/execution_plan.md, identify the next executable actions, and stop before drafting. Do not let a renamed task list substitute for evidence readiness.

Shared resources and outputs

Read ../research-architect/references/claim-evidence-framework.md. When the manuscript has multiple claim-bearing displays, also read ../research-architect/references/display-system-planning.md. Use the following CSV files only as column contracts; write Markdown artifacts in paper_output/:

../research-architect/templates/evidence_bank.csv
../research-architect/templates/claim_register.csv
../research-architect/templates/evidence_display_map.csv

Create:

paper_output/evidence_bank.md
paper_output/claim_register.md
paper_output/display_system_plan.md # for multi-display manuscripts
paper_output/evidence_display_map.md
paper_output/claim_strength_calibration.md
paper_output/result_interpretation_notes.md

For guided depth, produce the evidence bank, claim register, and only the display/interpretation information needed to make a next decision. standard and deep add the complete display and calibration trail.

Every central claim must resolve to evidence IDs, citation IDs, or an explicit limitation; record exact locators, contradictory/null/negative material, and verification status. Use canonical terms and stable Object IDs from the terminology ledger where names alone are ambiguous.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
