Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00146 | $0.00985 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00058 | $0.00394 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00029 | $0.00197 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00015 | $0.00098 |
Grade A, and why
somatic-mosaicism scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 20d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 75 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Somatic Mosaicism
A disorder whose causal variant arose after fertilization is encoded through
its mode of inheritance, the way a digenic one is, so the set can be recovered
by query. Before this convention the flagship entries said the same thing four
ways (an HP term, a block bound to Sporadic, a free-text "Not applicable"
block, prose only) and none of them could be found.
The convention
- Add an
inheritanceblock whoseinheritance_termis bound toHP:0001442Typified by somatic mosaicism, with its own snippet-backed evidence. The usual quote is the paired lesion-versus-blood sequencing sentence or a tissue-restricted allele-fraction sentence. - Set
variant_origin: SOMATICon the causalgenetic:row, orGERMLINE_AND_SOMATICfor a two-hit repressor.DE_NOVOis for a germline de novo variant present in every cell. - Keep
categoryin the standard vocabulary (Genetic). NeverMendelianfor an obligate-mosaic disorder, and never an ad hocSomatic mosaic; the mosaic claim lives in the bound term.
HP:0003745 Sporadic is not a substitute: it describes the pedigree, not the
mechanism.
Worked example: VEXAS_Syndrome (acquired clonal); Sturge-Weber_Syndrome
(congenital obligate mosaic); Tuberous_Sclerosis_Complex (mosaic arm beside
an autosomal dominant block).
Two tiers, and what is not a tier
| Situation | Encode | Grouping member? |
|---|---|---|
| The disease is the mosaic (no germline form exists) | one HP:0001442 block | yes |
| A germline disease has a recognized mosaic arm described in the literature | a second HP:0001442 block beside the germline block; do not replace it | yes |
| One mosaic proband in a case report | bind HP:0001442 on that block if curated; it is a true observation | no |
| Parental or gonadal mosaicism explaining recurrence | bind HP:0001442 if curated; the child's disease is constitutional | no |
| Functional mosaicism from X inactivation | do not bind HP:0001442; free-text preferred_term and say why (CHILD_Syndrome) |
no |
| Mosaic aneuploidy as a downstream phenotype of a germline gene (mosaic variegated aneuploidy) | ordinary germline inheritance | no |
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

somatic-mosaicism is a skill published in the GitHub repository monarch-initiative/dismech (69 stars, last pushed today), licensed BSD-3-Clause. It adds 146 tokens to every session and 985 once invoked, about $0.0006 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-05.
