vibe-gap-closure-loop

vibe-gap-closure-loop is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from mracal/vibe-engineering. It costs 45 tokens per session (1,433 once invoked), scanned A, a copy of vibe-gap-closure-loop, MIT.

An automated loop for fixing findings from a production-readiness gap report until selected areas reach a target score.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it after a gap analysis with at least ten findings, especially when the findings cover several independent parts of a system.
Why use it?
It organizes repeated analysis, parallel implementation work, testing, and re-checking when many issues must be closed systematically.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00045 $0.01433
Opus 5 $0.00023 $0.00717
Sonnet 5 $0.00009 $0.00287
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00143

Security

Grade A, and why

vibe-gap-closure-loop scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

vibe-gap-closure-loop

Autonomous loop that closes gap analysis findings to a target score. Dispatches parallel agents per work stream, runs test gates, re-audits, and repeats. Designed for YOLO mode — no confirmation between phases.

When to Use This Skill

  • After running vibe-gap-analysis and receiving a gap report
  • When you have 10+ findings to close systematically
  • When findings span multiple system areas that can be parallelized
  • Production readiness sprints

When NOT to Use This Skill

  • Fewer than 5 findings (just fix them directly)
  • Findings that require architectural redesign (needs vibe-research-before-design first)
  • When you don't have a gap analysis document yet (run vibe-gap-analysis first)

Arguments

/vibe-gap-closure-loop [dimensions] [--target N] [--gap-file PATH]
  • dimensions: Which dimensions to close (default: 1-12)
  • --target: Target score per dimension (default: 95)
  • --gap-file: Path to gap analysis (default: latest gap-analysis-*.md)

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

vibe-gap-closure-loop is a skill published in the GitHub repository mracal/vibe-engineering (3 stars, last pushed 5d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 45 tokens to every session and 1,433 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. It is 100% identical to vibe-gap-closure-loop, differing in 0 lines, and is treated as a copy.
