Prerequisites

Agent Rules
- Always use
--format json --quiet 2>/dev/nullfor machine-readable output. The2>/dev/nulldiscards stderr so progress messages and threshold warnings don't corrupt the JSON on stdout. Never use2>&1 - Always append
