agri-ppt is a skill for Claude Code from PangenomeAI/academic-skills-food-nutrition. It costs 184 tokens per session (770 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A tool for turning an agricultural-science report or manuscript into a PowerPoint presentation whose text, tables, and figures remain editable.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to create editable slides from agricultural research outputs or documents, with presentation choices suited to the field.
Why use it?
It lets researchers present agricultural work without flattening the whole deck into fixed images.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00184 $0.00770
Opus 5 $0.00092 $0.00385
Sonnet 5 $0.00037 $0.00154
Haiku 4.5 $0.00018 $0.00077

Measured 12d ago against content hash 76d5191c6a15, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

agri-ppt scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Agri-Ppt — Editable Presentations from Agricultural Reports

Run the food-ppt skill exactly — its subagents (ppt_coordinator, outline_planner, slide_writer, figure_placer, deck_builder, deck_qa), its scripts/build_pptx.py builder, and its references (source-to-slides, deck-spec, slide-design, editability-and-qa) — with the agriculture substitutions in agri-research/references/agriculture-domain.md. Read that file first. No new machinery here.

The substitutions

  1. Persona — present as a senior agricultural scientist of the specific discipline (agronomy · soil science · horticulture · dairy & animal science · agricultural engineering · agricultural economics). Slide framing and emphasis fit that discipline's audience.
  2. Source — the outputs of agri-research / agri-deep-research / agri-paper / agri-pipeline, or any user document (Word · PDF · Markdown · txt).
  3. Theme — prefer the agriculture-leaning themes terracotta or forest (or sage/slate) from food-ppt/templates/INDEX.md; infer from topic or ask.
  4. Emphasis — foreground what an agricultural audience needs: site/season/design and replication for field trials, the experimental unit, G×E, and units (t/ha, kg/ha) — carried from the source, never invented.

Inherited unchanged (not optional)

Fully editable output (native text frames, native tables, movable picture objects; never a flattened image or a PDF-in-place-of-pptx); presenter notes on every slide; clean, non-generic design (informed by taste-skill + ui-ux-pro-max-skill, incl. metric big-number heroes and cards grids); grounding — slides only as true as the source, no fabricated finding/number/citation; the academic-style + human-writing.md pairing on slide prose; scripts/privacy_scan.py before delivery; and the AI-use disclosure slide when presenting AI-assisted work. See food-ppt/SKILL.md.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
