What is script-refactor?

A FileMaker script improvement tool that analyses an existing script and produces a cleaner version while preserving its observable behaviour. It can improve error handling, variable names, and repeated logic.

Use it to clean up an existing FileMaker script and prepare the revised version for manual pasting or deployment, depending on the setup tier.

It reduces maintenance problems caused by unclear names, duplicated steps, or weak error handling without changing what the script does from the user's perspective.
