fitness-weekly-review

fitness-weekly-review is a skill for Claude Code from philipyaz/cos. It costs 222 tokens per session (2,473 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A weekly training review that combines health data, completed workouts, and the planned training week from the Cos fitness board. It compares what was planned with what actually happened and saves the review for later viewing.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to review sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, steps, workouts, and training-plan completion for a given week.
Why use it?
It turns scattered training and health information into a record of the week. This makes it easier to spot differences between the plan and your actual training.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00222 $0.02473
Opus 5 $0.00111 $0.01236
Sonnet 5 $0.00044 $0.00495
Haiku 4.5 $0.00022 $0.00247

Security

Grade A, and why

fitness-weekly-review scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 167 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Fitness — Weekly Review (the look-back operator)

This is the weekly-review sub-skill of fitness-coach — read that skill for the shared philosophy, the canonical health taxonomy, and the enable-gate. Here you do one thing: turn "how was my training this week?" into a persisted weekly_review artifact on the board.

The board is a state machine; YOU are the coach. There is no board-side LLM — the board never generates the review. It computes the deterministic numbers (the form score is a board compute you read, you do not recompute it), validates + versions + stores your JSON, and serves it on the /fitness/weekly-review history feed (latest-by-default, page-back, upserted by ISO week). You FETCH the inputs via the fitness MCP, synthesise the review yourself, and save_weekly_review it. The write is attributed to the agent and no board Anthropic key is involved.

Gate (same as fitness-coach). save_weekly_review is an add-on-gated write — it 404s ("Not found — the fitness add-on may be disabled.") when the Fitness add-on is off; tell the user to enable it at /addons and retry (you don't enable it yourself). All the FETCH reads below are ungated — read freely.

NOT MEDICAL ADVICE. A weekly review is an informational estimate, not medical advice — carry that framing whenever you read recovery, load, or sleep. Defer to a professional for any injury, pain, illness, abnormal symptom, pregnancy, or an under-18 user; a "back off / recover" read on low HRV or poor sleep is a conservative default, not clinical judgement.

The ISO week + its bounds

The review is keyed on the ISO week (e.g. 2026-W25) — re-saving the same week upserts in place (no duplicate). Resolve the week from the user's intent ("this week" = the current ISO week; "last week" = the prior one) and compute its bounds: Monday (inclusive) to the next Monday (exclusive, half-open) so every FETCH covers exactly that week. Use those as from / to throughout.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

fitness-weekly-review is a skill published in the GitHub repository philipyaz/cos (4 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 222 tokens to every session and 2,473 once invoked, about $0.0011 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 1 finding (makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
