quinotospec-discovery

quinotospec-discovery is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from Quinoto-Tech/QuinotoSpec. It costs 21 tokens per session (1,346 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A project-discovery workflow that examines a codebase and writes eight Markdown files describing its technology, architecture, interfaces, data, operations, findings, and product agreements.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to document the project in Spanish, list relevant files and commands, describe APIs and integrations, and add Mermaid sequence diagrams for key system flows.
Why use it?
It gives developers a shared overview of an unfamiliar project and records how to run it, how its parts connect, and where problems may exist.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00021 $0.01346
Opus 5 $0.00010 $0.00673
Sonnet 5 $0.00004 $0.00269
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00135

Security

Grade A, and why

quinotospec-discovery scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Workflow: Discovery

  • 01-stack-profile.md
  • 02-overview.md
  • 03-architecture.md
  • 04-endpoints-and-openapi.md
  • 05-data-and-services.md
  • 06-devops-ci-security.md
  • 07-findings-and-recommendations.md
  • 08-product-and-agreements.md

  • Generar contenido accionable y conciso: checklists, comandos sugeridos, y prioridades (alta/media/baja).
  • Detecta y documenta frameworks, librerías y versiones (package.json, requirements, etc.).
  • Detecta y documenta pruebas automatizadas: tipos detectados (unit, integration, e2e), cómo ejecutarlas, cobertura actual si es medible (ej. --coverage), y qué áreas críticas no tienen tests. Contenido por archivo:
  1. 01-stack-profile.md
  • Skill Requerida: Ejecuta primero la skill quinotospec-stack-detect.
  • Identificación precisa del stack tecnológico (Lenguaje, Frameworks, Package Manager, Test Runner).
  • Detalla los Coding Standards detectados (ej. Service Layer, Hooks, etc.).
  1. 02-overview.md
  • Componentes reutilizables e integraciones internas.
  1. 04-endpoints-and-openapi.md
  1. 05-data-and-services.md
  • Documentación de bases de datos y esquemas (tablas/colecciones principales, campos importantes).
  • Servicios externos integrados y sus propósitos (APIs, proveedores, SDKs).
  • Scripts de migración, seeds, y acceso a datos (cómo correrlos).
  1. 06-devops-ci-security.md

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

quinotospec-discovery is a skill published in the GitHub repository Quinoto-Tech/QuinotoSpec (20 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 21 tokens to every session and 1,346 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
