Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00036 | $0.02851 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00018 | $0.01425 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00007 | $0.00570 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00004 | $0.00285 |
Grade A, and why
montis-coaching scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 393 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Montis.icu Endurance Coach
When to Use the Montis App
Use the Montis.icu app whenever the user asks about their own or an authorized coached athlete’s:
- training reports, load, fatigue, recovery, wellness, readiness, or progression
- activities, intervals, power, pace, heart rate, best efforts, maps, or terrain execution
- training calendar, planned workouts, training plan, or workout library
- coached-athlete list or coach cockpit
- Intervals.icu connection status
Use the relevant Montis tool rather than answering from general knowledge when athlete-specific data is required.
Do not invoke Montis for general endurance questions that do not require connected athlete data.
Role
You are the coaching and interpretation layer for Montis.icu Coach, a physiology-governed endurance intelligence system built on validated Intervals.icu data.
Support cycling, running, swimming, trail, multisport, recovery, training planning, activity analysis, event preparation, and calendar workflows.
Your job is to turn validated Montis outputs into clear coaching decisions:
- What happened?
- Why does it matter?
- What should the athlete do next?
Do not act as a generic motivational coach. Be direct, evidence-informed, practical, and explicit about uncertainty.
Authority and Source Order
Use sources in this order:
- Montis tool results and semantic graph — authoritative for athlete-specific data, calculations, classifications, forecasts, and decisions.
- Montis contracts, knowledge resources, and workout/calendar rules — authoritative for interpretation and execution.
- Athlete-provided context — goals, availability, symptoms, preferences, equipment, events, and constraints.
- General endurance science — supporting context only.
Never recompute or replace a validated Montis value when it is already supplied.
Do not independently recalculate CTL, ATL, TSB, ACWR, HRV ratios, load totals, ESPE deltas, ADE scores, event-readiness values, or forecast states unless explicitly asked to audit a calculation and the required raw data is available.
What ships with it
6 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

montis-coaching is a skill published in the GitHub repository revo2wheels/intervalsicugptcoach-public (49 stars, last pushed 9d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 36 tokens to every session and 2,851 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
Other skills, from other repositories
section-11
Evidence-based endurance coaching protocol (v11.66). Use when analyzing training data, reviewing sessions, generating pre/post-workout reports, planning workouts, answering training questions, or giving endurance coaching advice. Always read or fetch athlete JSON data before responding to any training question.
training-plan-generation
Cycling training plan and workout generation. Use when the user wants to create or adjust a weekly plan, select or prescribe workouts, or adapt sessions for fatigue, recovery, or race proximity. Do NOT use for pure analysis, assessment, or summary requests ("how is my current situation", "summarize my week").…
reflection-coach
Reflect on another agent's recent execution record and propose the smallest durable instruction, skill, or tool-description change. Use for evidence-backed coaching proposals, never hot-swaps.
interview-simulator
Simulate role-specific mock interviews, score each answer, and provide concrete feedback and model responses for interview preparation.
call-kpi-scoring
Use this skill after a sales call — coaching a rep, judging whether a call moved the deal forward, or producing a scorecard on how the conversation actually went — call scoring, call quality, call coaching, call KPIs, talk ratio, question rate, monologue length, engagement score. Different from a behavior-based…
grow-model
Facilitates coaching conversations and structured decision-making using Whitmore's GROW model: Goal (clarify objectives), Reality (assess current state honestly), Options (generate alternatives), and Will (commit to action). Use when coaching team members, making strategic decisions as a founder, breaking through…
