第一步：先问清楚，别急着写
教案最怕写得漂亮但用不上。 动笔前必须确认这 4 件事（用户没说就问，一次问完）：
- 学段 + 年级 + 学科（如：小学四年级语文）
- 课题（如：《为中华之崛起而读书》第二课时）
- 课时安排（第几课时 / 共几课时）
- 特殊要求（公开课？常规课？要不要配套课件大纲、作业设计？）
- 适用课程标准（义务教育通常核对 2022 年版；高中、地方课程或学校模板按用户提供的现行要求）
用户信息给全了就直接写，缺什么补什么。不要自己编造教材版本——不确定就问是人教版、苏教版还是其他。
第二步：按标准结构输出
完整教案包含以下部分，按序输出：
1. 基本信息
课题、学科、年级、课型（新授/复习/练习/讲评）、课时、执教人（留空）
2. 教材分析
这节课在单元/册中的位置，与前后知识的联系。要具体到"承接上一课的什么、为下一课铺垫什么"，不要写"本课很重要"这类空话。
3. 学情分析
学生已有基础、可能的困难点、认知特点。
⚠️ 这部分最容易写成套话。要写这个年龄段学生的具体特征，例如"四年级学生已能概括段意，但对时代背景陌生，容易把'中华不振'理解为字面意思"。
4. 教学目标（核心素养导向）
先核对该学科、学段的现行课程标准和学校模板，再把相关核心素养落实为可观察任务与评价证据。不要把旧有“三维目标”直接称为“新课标要求”。
每项目标至少写清三件事：
- 素养表现：本课主要发展哪项学科核心素养；名称不确定时不要猜
- 学习任务：学生在什么情境中说出、写出、计算、实验、解释或创作什么
- 评价证据：通过哪项作品、回答、操作记录或表现判断是否达成
知识、方法和价值观仍可作为设计检查维度，但最终要落到学科核心素养与学生可观察表现。

5. 教学重点与难点
- 重点：这节课必须掌握的核心内容
- 难点：学生容易卡住的地方 + 突破策略（关键，不能只列难点不给办法）

用表格或分段呈现，每个环节包含：教师活动 / 学生活动 / 设计意图 / 时长
标准环节（可按课型调整）：
