Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00079 $0.01702
Opus 5 $0.00039 $0.00851
Sonnet 5 $0.00016 $0.00340
Haiku 4.5 $0.00008 $0.00170

Security

Grade B, and why

yolov8-deepstream-trt scanned grade B with 2 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

A mod that escalates privileges can change anything on the machine, not only the project.

YOLOv8 with TensorRT and DeepStream SDK on Jetson

Deploy YOLOv8 models on Jetson using DeepStream SDK and TensorRT for maximum inference performance. Supports FP32, FP16, and INT8 precision with single and multistream configurations.

Execution model

Run one phase at a time. After each phase:

  • Relay all output to the user.
  • If output contains [STOP] → stop immediately, consult the failure decision tree.
  • If output ends with [OK] → tell the user "Phase N complete" and proceed to the next phase.

Prerequisites

Requirement Detail
Jetson device reComputer J4012 or any Jetson with JetPack 4.6+
JetPack 4.6+ (DeepStream 6.0+) or 5.1.1 (DeepStream 6.2)
DeepStream SDK Matching JetPack version (see compatibility table in source)
Host PC Ubuntu (native or VM) for flashing
Network Internet access for cloning repos and downloading models

Phase 1 — Install DeepStream dependencies (~5 min)

After JetPack is flashed with DeepStream SDK via SDK Manager, install additional dependencies:

sudo apt install \
  libssl1.1 \
  libgstreamer1.0-0 \
  gstreamer1.0-tools \
  gstreamer1.0-plugins-good \
  gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad \
  gstreamer1.0-plugins-ugly \
  gstreamer1.0-libav \
  libgstreamer-plugins-base1.0-dev \
  libgstrtspserver-1.0-0 \
  libjansson4 \
  libyaml-cpp-dev

[OK] when all packages install. [STOP] if packages not found (check JetPack/DeepStream version).

Phase 2 — Install Ultralytics and PyTorch (~15 min)

sudo apt update
sudo apt install -y python3-pip
pip3 install --upgrade pip
git clone https://github.com/ultralytics/ultralytics.git
cd ultralytics

Edit requirements.txt to comment out torch/torchvision:

# torch>=1.7.0
# torchvision>=0.8.1
pip3 install -r requirements.txt

Install PyTorch for Jetson (example for JP5.0.2 / PyTorch 1.12):

sudo apt-get install -y libopenblas-base libopenmpi-dev
wget https://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/redist/jp/v50/pytorch/torch-1.12.0a0+2c916ef.nv22.3-cp38-cp38-linux_aarch64.whl -O torch-1.12.0.whl
pip3 install torch-1.12.0.whl

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

yolov8-deepstream-trt is a skill published in the GitHub repository Seeed-Projects/Seeed-Jetson-DevelopTool (54 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 79 tokens to every session and 1,702 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it B with 2 findings (asks for root, makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.
