Execution Protocol
Phase 1: Fetch Meeting Notes

Phase 2: Extract Action Items
Parse the transcript to identify:
- Decisions made — what was agreed upon
- Action items — who does what by when
- Open questions — unresolved topics needing follow-up
- Key updates — status changes or announcements
For each action item, extract:
