Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00084 | $0.02435 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00042 | $0.01218 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00017 | $0.00487 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00244 |
Grade A, and why
brand-voice scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 270 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Brand Voice
How This Works
Voice is who you are — it doesn't change. Tone is how you show up in a specific moment — it shifts by buyer and channel, intentionally, not randomly. This skill builds a voice guide that survives contact with a blank page: every trait gets an example, every persona gets a tone profile, every channel gets a table row. It deepens your brain's existing Section 4 in place rather than creating a second voice file — one source of truth stays intact for every downstream writing skill.
Step 0 — Load brain Section 4 (current voice guide, however thin),
Section 2 (ICP/personas, for tone-by-persona grounding), and any
guardrails from /context/meta-patterns.md.
Step 1 — Establish brand personality and its edges: 3-4 words that couldn't apply to a competitor, plus what the brand explicitly rejects.
Step 2 — Map tone by persona: for each buyer in the committee, what they care about, how they prefer information, what makes them distrust a vendor immediately, what makes them lean in. Never pre-filled — every committee is different.
Step 3 — Build the channel tone table and forbidden-language list, then run the one-sentence voice test against both.
Step 4 — Deepen brain Section 4 with the guide (on user confirmation).
Step 5 — Learning Close: log the session to /context/skill-sessions.md.
Trigger
-
When: Defining or sharpening how the brand sounds — voice attributes, tone shifts by persona or channel, forbidden language, or auditing copy that's drifted off-brand.
-
Not for: Positioning statement or messaging hierarchy itself → use
positioning-messaging. Writing the actual copy → no dedicated drafting skill exists yet in this repo; produce copy withinpositioning-messaging's own output modes, using this skill's voice guide as input. Buying-committee mapping →buyer-personas, run first if tone-by-persona needs real committee data instead of guessed roles. -
Example prompts:
- "How should we sound on LinkedIn vs. a sales deck?"
- "Our copy feels off — voice audit"
- "We sound like everyone else"
- "Write this in our voice for the Champion persona"
- "Build our voice guide"
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

brand-voice is a skill published in the GitHub repository stefanoskarakasis/Product-Marketing-Skills (5 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 84 tokens to every session and 2,435 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-04.
