account-health-audit

account-health-audit is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from swan-gtm/gtm-skills. It costs 136 tokens per session (2,724 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

An on-demand review of a trial or customer account using product activity, sales records, conversations, and related data. It checks what the account is trying to achieve, how it is being qualified, and whether important alerts and follow-up processes are working.

In plain words
What is it for?
It helps prepare renewal discussions, investigate quiet champions, assess customer health, and find gaps in account management and qualification workflows.
Why use it?
It reveals weak adoption, poor lead scoring, missing alerts, and inactive follow-up before they damage a renewal or customer relationship.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00136 $0.02724
Opus 5 $0.00068 $0.01362
Sonnet 5 $0.00027 $0.00545
Haiku 4.5 $0.00014 $0.00272

Security

Grade A, and why

account-health-audit scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Template placeholders

Replace every {{...}} before enabling. See the setup checklist reference for the full setup list.

  • {{USAGE_DATA_SOURCE}} — Where your product's usage/engagement data lives (analytics, admin console)
  • {{CRM}} — Your CRM (e.g. HubSpot, Attio, Salesforce)
  • {{CALL_LIBRARY}} — Your call recording/transcript tool (e.g. Gong, Grain, Fireflies)
  • {{TIER_LABELS}} — Your lead-scoring tier names (default: Bronze / Silver / Gold / Diamond)
  • {{ALERT_DESTINATIONS}} — Where qualified-account alerts route (Slack channels, task queues, inboxes)
  • {{SCORING_WORKFLOW}} — The audited account's central lead scoring & qualification workflow (theirs, configured in your platform — not your own org's)
  • {{VOICE_GOVERNANCE}} — The single place where outreach voice, tone, and CTA rules are supposed to be defined
  • {{STALE_DAYS}} — Days of zero activity before an automation counts as dead (default: 5)
  • {{LOOKBACK_DAYS}} — Window for usage/spend analysis (default: 30)

Overview

Run this on demand for any trial or customer account. It produces a signal-dense health check across five lanes — use-case fit, lead scoring, alerting, messaging, and user adoption — closing with a prognosis and concrete interventions. No filler. No guesses.

Step 1 — Gather data (all in parallel, before writing anything)

Pull the following before producing a single section:

  • {{USAGE_DATA_SOURCE}}: Every configured automation/workflow for the account (name, enabled/disabled, created/updated dates, execution counts), connected sending accounts, connected integrations, registered users (name, email, last login), and usage/spend by feature for the past {{LOOKBACK_DAYS}} days.
  • Account notes/memory: Stated goals, context, relationship history — whatever your team has recorded about why this account bought or trialed.
  • {{CALL_LIBRARY}}: Search for call transcripts tied to the account's domain.
  • {{CRM}}: Company activity feed — notes, calls, emails, deal stage history.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
