Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00030 | $0.00569 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00015 | $0.00284 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00006 | $0.00114 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00057 |
Grade A, and why
ad-personas scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 72 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Ad Persona Framework
Why Ad Personas Matter
- The secret to standing out isn't being the loudest, it's being the most relevant
- The better you understand your target audience, the easier everything becomes (copy, offers, audiences)
- Most companies have user personas but haven't transformed them into ad personas
- Ad persona = how you're going to ACTUALLY target that ideal person on ad platforms
What Is an Ad Persona?
An ad persona bridges the gap between "who we want to reach" and "what targeting options are actually available on the platform." Without it, you end up with generic targeting that wastes budget on the wrong people.
Ad Persona Template Components
Demographic
- Name
- Age
- Location
- Gender
- Degrees
Firmographic
- Industries
- Company Size
- Job Titles
- Job Functions
- Seniority
- Years of Experience
- Members Skills
Intent
- Ideal keywords: Dream keywords you'd want to show up for. Use Google Ads Keyword Planner to research.
- Listing sites: Does your ICP use Capterra, SoftwareAdvice, G2, etc.?
Consumption
- LinkedIn/Facebook groups they belong to
- Relevant conferences they attend
- Blogs they read
- Podcasts they listen to
- Think creatively about all the ways you can get in front of your ideal customer
Psychographic
- Goals: What are they trying to achieve?
- Challenges: What obstacles are they facing?
- Thinking: What are they considering to reach those goals?
- Hearing: What are they consistently hearing in the market?
- Seeing: What trends or solutions are they seeing?
- What they've tried: What have they already attempted to solve their problem?
The better you understand the psychographic profile, the easier it becomes to write copy that resonates, craft offers that convert, and build audiences that perform.
How to Build an Ad Persona
To build an ad persona, go into the ads manager of each channel you're considering, create a draft campaign, and explore the targeting options available. Fill out each section based on what the platform actually allows you to target. This bridges the gap between "who we want to reach" and "what's actually targetable."
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
