Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00035 | $0.04859 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00017 | $0.02429 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00007 | $0.00972 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00486 |
Grade A, and why
creative-cadence-operating-system scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 376 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Creative Cadence Operating System - Meta B2B
The complete system for what creative to build, when to build it, how to iterate, and when to retire it. Companion to the Meta Ads Operating System (which governs when to swap/graduate/scale ads). This system governs the CREATIVE PRODUCTION pipeline that feeds the OS.
Core Principle
Creative accounts for 56-70% of ad performance on Meta (post-Andromeda). The algorithm uses creative - copy, images, video transcripts, carousels - as the primary signal for who to serve your ads to. Targeting inputs are suggestions; creative is the real filter.
Your creative is your targeting. Your hook is your filter. Your iteration velocity determines your scaling ceiling.
1. The Iteration Priority Hierarchy
When iterating on a winning ad, change elements in this order. Each element has decreasing impact on performance.
| Priority | Element | Impact | Reasoning |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Hook (first 3 seconds / first line) | Highest | 90% of viewers decide in the first 3 seconds whether to engage. The hook determines who stays. Changing the hook changes who your ad reaches - it's the single highest-leverage creative variable. |
| 2 | Visual Treatment | High | Human faces increase engagement 38%. 4:5 aspect ratio delivers 18% higher CTR and 22% lower CPA than other ratios. The visual is what stops the scroll. |
| 3 | Format (static/video/carousel/UGC) | Medium | Format determines consumption pattern. Video allows storytelling (21-35 day lifespan), carousel allows multiple hooks (21-35 days), UGC builds trust (28-42 days). Format change = "new ad" to the algorithm. |
| 4 | Body Copy / CTA | Lower | Once someone is hooked, body copy matters less than the initial capture. CTA changes produce marginal differences unless the CTA is fundamentally mismatched. |
Why Hook-First?
- 90% of people bounce if not captured in 3 seconds (video) or 1-2 seconds (static)
- Target hook rate: 20-25% (people who watch past 3 seconds / total impressions)
- Hook rate below 15% = the ad will never perform, regardless of body quality
- Changing the hook on a winning concept can extend its lifespan by 2-4 weeks
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

creative-cadence-operating-system is a skill published in the GitHub repository swan-gtm/gtm-skills (150 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 35 tokens to every session and 4,859 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.
