Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00122 | $0.01049 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00061 | $0.00524 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00024 | $0.00210 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00012 | $0.00105 |
Grade A, and why
gtm-command-center scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 39 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Applies when one operator's work is scattered across many tools and nothing shows the whole day in one place. Produces a single personal operating surface - the lanes that matter, refreshed on a cadence - and one daily roll-up of only what needs that person today.
A command center is not another tool to maintain. It is a read-mostly mirror: it pulls the current state of each lane you already work in and lays it on one screen, so you stop tab-hopping to reconstruct your own day. The discipline that makes it work is subtractive - what you leave off matters more than what you put on.
Build it
- List the lanes, then cut half. Write down every surface you check in a normal day. Keep only the lanes where you personally take action - the task board, the outreach queue, the research digest, the content/publishing queue, the events or presence lane, a pipeline snapshot. Drop anything you only monitor. The lane catalogue and the data contract each lane needs are in
references/lanes.md. - One source of truth per lane. Each lane points at exactly one system of record and mirrors it. Never let a lane hold state that also lives somewhere else - the moment two places disagree, you stop trusting the surface and go back to the tabs. The build patterns (read-mostly aggregation, refresh cadence, single-source rule) are in
references/build-guide.md. - Keep it read-mostly. The surface shows and links out; it does not become the place you edit everything. A dashboard that turns into another editing tool is just one more thing to keep in sync. Allow only the few low-friction actions that keep you on the surface (mark done, add a note); everything heavier links back to the system of record.
- Wall off anything teammate-facing. If any part of this surface is ever shown to teammates, a boss, or clients, it must carry none of your private working notes, raw scores, or internal labels. The clean-room separation - private working surface vs shareable view - is in
references/clean-room.md.
What ships with it
4 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

gtm-command-center is a skill published in the GitHub repository swan-gtm/gtm-skills (153 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 122 tokens to every session and 1,049 once invoked, about $0.0006 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.

meeting-type-management
Manages Chili Piper team meeting types and their email/SMS reminders — list, inspect, create, update, delete — with dry-run planning, guest-visible-field safety (inviteTitle/inviteDescription vs internal description), and reminder attach/detach.
scheduling-link-management
Lists, creates, updates, and deletes Chili Piper scheduling links across all four admin link types (round-robin, admin one-on-one, group, ownership) plus personal-link auditing — with dry-run planning and delete safety (deletion instantly breaks the link's booking URL).
availability-inspector
Checks why a rep or team is showing no available slots — diagnoses calendar connectivity, working hours, meeting limits, and distribution membership to find the specific blocker.
