Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00055 | $0.00574 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00022 | $0.00230 |

Grade A, and why
marketing-to-pipeline-board-report scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 48 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Turn channel and campaign metrics into a pipeline and revenue story that executives can act on in two minutes.
Inputs to load
- Plan versus actual for sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline and closed won revenue.
- Channel level spend and pipeline contribution, as shares of the total.
- Sales cycle length and stage conversion rates.
- The decision or approval the report supports.
Build the report in this order
- The ask. One sentence stating the decision requested from the reader. If there is no decision, state what the reader should take away.
- Result versus plan. Pipeline and revenue variance as percentages, split into sourced and influenced.
- Why it happened. Maximum three drivers, each tied to a channel or a motion, each with its evidence.
- What changes next. The adjustment, its expected effect and the date it will be reviewed.
- Confidence. State attribution coverage and which numbers are estimates.
Separate leading from lagging
Show leading indicators (qualified demand, opportunity creation, stage velocity) next to lagging ones (closed won revenue). Judge recent cohorts against the sales cycle, not against calendar quarters. A cohort younger than the median cycle cannot be called a failure.
Translate channel language
Replace channel metrics with their business meaning. Cost per lead becomes cost per opportunity and cost per closed won deal. Traffic becomes share of pipeline. Impressions do not appear at all.
What good looks like
- The expert's tell: the first question a CFO asks is what happens if nothing changes. The report answers it before it is asked.
- The common mistake: reporting activity and averages. Averages hide the channel that carries the quarter and the one that drains it.
- A good output fits on one page, leads with the decision, shows variance to plan, names the risk and states how confident the numbers are.
- Bad news appears in the first third. A report that buries a miss loses trust faster than the miss itself.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
