Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00042 | $0.02305 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00021 | $0.01153 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00008 | $0.00461 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00004 | $0.00231 |
Grade A, and why
meta-campaign-structure scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 247 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Campaign Structure for B2B Meta Ads - High-ACV SaaS
How to structure Meta campaigns for B2B SaaS with $30K+ ACV. Covers the three phases (ABO to CBO to Advantage+), campaign architecture, settings, and the 12-month scaling roadmap.
The Three Phases of Campaign Structure
Phase 1: Audience Validation (ABO - Ad Set Budget)
Purpose: Determine which audience sources produce quality leads before spending on creative testing.
When to use: Starting Meta for the first time, launching a new offer, entering a new market segment.
Structure:
Campaign: [Product] - Prospecting - Audience Validation
-- Ad Set 1: 1% CRM Lookalike [$X/day]
-- Ad Set 2: Third-Party Data (Primer) [$X/day]
-- Ad Set 3: Interest + Job Titles [$X/day]
-- Ad Set 4: Broad Targeting [$X/day]
-- Same 3-4 ads in every ad set (isolate the audience variable)
Critical settings:
- Use Ad Set Budget (ABO), NOT CBO - guarantees each audience gets dedicated budget. CBO would let Meta shift budget away from expensive-but-quality audiences.
- Same ads across all ad sets - you're testing audiences, not creative
- Equal budgets per ad set for fair comparison
- Run for 2-4 weeks minimum
- Turn off Advantage+ audience expansion - click "Further limit the reach" and select your specific audience per ad set
Validation criteria (check in CRM, not Ads Manager):
- Job title match to ICP
- Company match to target firmographics
- Lead-to-MQL conversion rate
- Cost per qualified lead (not just cost per lead)
- Quality score from sales calls (see message-validation.md)
After validation:
- Kill ad sets producing low-quality leads
- Take winning audience(s) to Phase 2
Alternative (simpler test): Two ad sets only - open/broad targeting vs. interest-based. After 2-4 weeks, compare which brings better results. Use the winner going forward.
Phase 2: Creative Scaling (CBO - Campaign Budget Optimization)
Purpose: Scale winning audiences through creative concept testing.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

meta-campaign-structure is a skill published in the GitHub repository swan-gtm/gtm-skills (153 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 42 tokens to every session and 2,305 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.
