Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00022 $0.00357
Opus 5 $0.00011 $0.00179
Sonnet 5 $0.00004 $0.00071
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00036

Security

Grade A, and why

walk-away-power scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Walk-Away Power

The Big Idea

Being able to leave beats any argument.

Buyers smell a bluff. Real walk power comes from having other deals.

Never walk as punishment. Insulted people take revenge.

The Moves

  1. Check before you leave. Deadlock or just fear, timing, money trouble? Try ONE question first: "What would need to change for this to work?"

  2. The soft exit (decent person, bad fit): "No stress, this month is full anyway. If it matters again, I'm easy to find." One message. Then stop writing first.

  3. The strong walk (terms impossible): "That number doesn't work for what this takes. I'd rather tell you straight than do it half-way." This one converts weeks later. You become the vendor who said no nicely.

  4. The hard exit (abuse, scams, illegal asks): "Not something I can help with. Good luck." No lectures. The exit IS the boundary.

  5. Two lines max on any goodbye. Long goodbyes read as hurt.

  6. Your goodbye gets screenshots too. It must look clean forwarded by someone who dislikes you.

When It Backfires

  • Threatening to walk for discounts. Called bluffs end deals and status.
  • Walking angry. Wait ten minutes, then decide.
  • Coming back later at a discount. Full price or not at all.

One-Line Memory

One warm no teaches everyone your terms are real.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
