roblox-suite: Instructions file for Claude Code

CLAUDE.md

roblox-suite CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from nonlooped/roblox-suite. It costs 294 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

A repository instruction file for the Roblox Suite project. It tells a coding agent how to version changes, update the changelog, commit and push them, and create matching GitHub releases.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when changing the project's source or skills and when preparing a versioned GitHub release.
Why use it?
It prevents source changes from being published without the required version bump, changelog entry, commit, or release. GitHub releases are versioned snapshots of a project with release notes.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00294 $0.00294
Opus 5.5 $0.00118 $0.00118
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00059 $0.00059
Haiku 4.5 $0.00029 $0.00029

Security

Grade A, and why

roblox-suite CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Version bumps and GitHub releases

Any change to the source or skills needs a version bump. Source and skills cover roblox*/ skills, references, and scripts; catalog.json, types/, schemas/, tests/, and site/ source. CI workflows and repo-level docs such as README and CONTRIBUTING do not need a bump unless they change published guidance.

For each bump:

  1. Add a ## X.Y.Z — YYYY-MM-DD section at the top of CHANGELOG.md.

  2. Set "version" to X.Y.Z in site/package.json and in both root "version" fields of site/package-lock.json.

  3. Commit the bump with the changes it releases and push it to origin/main.

  4. Publish a GitHub release for the bump commit, with the tag vX.Y.Z and the same name. Use the version's CHANGELOG section as the release notes, without the ## X.Y.Z heading:

    gh release create vX.Y.Z --target <bump-commit-sha> --title vX.Y.Z --notes-file <notes-file>

A version bump is not finished until gh release view vX.Y.Z shows the release. Do not release a version without its CHANGELOG section, and do not leave a CHANGELOG section without its release.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
