这个框架的核心洞察是：平静不是随时可取的现款，而是需要提前存款的资源。
两个操作要点：

关键逻辑：如果你平时没有"闲"的习惯，就不可能在"忙"中突然偷到闲；如果你平时没有在静处立过"主宰"，就不可能在嘈杂中被尊重时保持平静。
