I — 方法论骨架 (Interpretation)
- "静中静"不是真静。 在一个完全安静的地方静下来，那不叫本事，那叫条件允许。
- "动处静得来"才是真静。 在喧器、忙碌、被打扰的环境下，还能保持内心平静，这才是真境界。
- 真宁静不是环境给的，是内心生的。 无论外部多么喧嚣，内心都可以有一个静定的主体。
- 同理：真快乐不是安逸给的，是在艰苦中还能乐，才是真乐。 顺境中的快乐是条件依赖，逆境中的喜乐才是真正的能力。
- "动处静"和"苦中乐"是检验真正修养的标准。 不是你能在安静中待多久，而是你能在混乱中待多久不乱。

- 机制：执着于外部条件（安静环境）而不是内部修炼，导致永远依赖外部条件才能平静

- 某些现代人确实需要安静环境才能恢复精力（如内向人格），完全否定"静中静"可能不适用
