Medical Research Agent Skills is a library of agent instructions for medical and biomedical research, covering evidence analysis, study protocol design, data analysis, and academic writing. Researchers use it to guide compatible coding agents through common scientific workflows. The catalogue contains many of the library's skills and commands.

Input Requirements
- The input file must contain both target variables.
- Both variables must contain numeric values.
- If the first column stores variable names and the remaining columns are samples, the script automatically reads variables by row label.
- Rows with missing values in either variable are excluded.
- At least 3 complete observation pairs are needed.
