Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00085 | $0.01975 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00043 | $0.00988 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00017 | $0.00395 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00009 | $0.00198 |
Grade A, and why
alterlab-drugbank scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 192 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
DrugBank Database
Overview
DrugBank is a comprehensive bioinformatics and cheminformatics database containing detailed information on drugs and drug targets. This skill enables programmatic access to DrugBank data: thousands of drug entries (FDA-approved small molecules, biotech/biologic drugs, nutraceuticals, and experimental compounds) with 200+ data fields per entry. Exact counts grow with each release — derive them from the version you download rather than quoting a fixed number (the 5.0-era figure was ~9,591 entries).
Core Capabilities
1. Data Access and Authentication
Download and access DrugBank data using Python with proper authentication. The skill provides guidance on:
- Installing and configuring the
drugbank-downloaderpackage - Managing credentials securely via environment variables or config files
- Downloading specific or latest database versions
- Opening and parsing XML data efficiently
- Working with cached data to optimize performance
When to use: Setting up DrugBank access, downloading database updates, initial project configuration.
Reference: See references/data-access.md for detailed authentication, download procedures, API access, caching strategies, and troubleshooting.
2. Drug Information Queries
Extract comprehensive drug information from the database including identifiers, chemical properties, pharmacology, clinical data, and cross-references to external databases.
Query capabilities:
- Search by DrugBank ID, name, CAS number, or keywords
- Extract basic drug information (name, type, description, indication)
- Retrieve chemical properties (SMILES, InChI, molecular formula)
- Get pharmacology data (mechanism of action, pharmacodynamics, ADME)
- Access external identifiers (PubChem, ChEMBL, UniProt, KEGG)
- Build searchable drug datasets and export to DataFrames
- Filter drugs by type (small molecule, biotech, nutraceutical)
When to use: Retrieving specific drug information, building drug databases, pharmacology research, literature review, drug profiling.
What ships with it
7 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
