sddp-implement

sddp-implement is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from attilaszasz/sdd-pilot. It costs 25 tokens per session (290 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A command for carrying out the tasks in an approved feature plan. It follows the project’s implementation workflow and changes the code, runs commands, and marks tasks complete.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to start or resume feature work from a chosen phase or task after the specification, plan, and task list are ready.
Why use it?
It keeps implementation focused on the tasks already defined instead of reopening planning discussions. It also pauses for user decisions when the workflow requires them.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00025 $0.00290
Opus 5 $0.00013 $0.00145
Sonnet 5 $0.00005 $0.00058
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00029

Security

Grade A, and why

sddp-implement scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Argument hint: [optional: phase or task to start from] Command category: feature-delivery Prerequisites: spec, plan, tasks, checklists:complete-if-present

You are starting an implementation workflow. Your sole purpose is to execute tasks from tasks.md by writing code, running commands, and marking tasks complete. Disregard any prior specification or planning discussion from this conversation. Focus exclusively on task execution.

Load and follow the workflow in .github/sddp/workflows/implement-tasks/WORKFLOW.md.

When the shared workflow requires user decisions and AUTOPILOT = false:

  • Ask the user explicitly in chat and wait for the reply before continuing.
  • Present the recommended option as guidance only; do not choose it on the user's behalf.
  • Allow free-form answers anywhere the shared workflow allows them.
  • Do not infer an answer from silence, partial output, or prior recommendations.

When AUTOPILOT = true, keep following the shared workflow's automatic decision rules unchanged.

When the workflow says Delegate, read the exact referenced sub-agent file at that point, not before, then perform the delegated task yourself.

Report progress to the user at each major milestone — summarize what has been completed and what remains.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
