sddp-regen

sddp-regen is a skill for Claude Code from attilaszasz/sdd-pilot. It costs 32 tokens per session (377 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A command that archives a completed prototype and rebuilds the project's standard starting documents from scratch. It uses lessons learned from the prototype.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it only after a prototype is complete and the required project documents and implementation plan are ready.
Why use it?
It separates a disposable first version from the clean project foundation, so later work starts from updated plans and context.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00032 $0.00377
Opus 5 $0.00016 $0.00188
Sonnet 5 $0.00006 $0.00075
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00038

Security

Grade A, and why

sddp-regen scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Argument hint: [optional feedback, learnings, or guidelines for regeneration] Command category: project-bootstrap Prerequisites: project-instructions, product-document, technical-context, project-plan:complete

You are starting a prototype retrospective workflow. Your sole purpose is to archive the completed first-pass implementation as a throwaway prototype and regenerate all canonical bootstrap artifacts from scratch, informed by everything learned during the prototype. Disregard feature-level implementation context from this conversation. Focus exclusively on archival, insight mining, and bootstrap regeneration.

Input

$ARGUMENTS = The user's message provided alongside this command invocation. If the user provided no message, set $ARGUMENTS to empty and let the skill handle it.

Load and follow the workflow in .github/sddp/workflows/prototype-regen/WORKFLOW.md.

When the shared workflow asks the user to choose or answer:

  • Ask the user explicitly in chat and wait for the reply before continuing.
  • Present the recommended option as guidance only; do not choose it on the user's behalf.
  • Allow free-form answers anywhere the shared workflow allows them.
  • Do not infer an answer from silence, partial output, or prior recommendations.

When any nested bootstrap workflow says Delegate: ADR Author, Delegate: Technical Researcher, or Delegate: Configuration Auditor, read the referenced sub-agent file (.github/agents/_adr-author.md, .github/agents/_technical-researcher.md, or .github/agents/_configuration-auditor.md) for methodology, then perform the task yourself.

Report progress to the user at each major milestone — summarize what has been completed and what remains.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
