Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00103 | $0.00449 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00041 | $0.00180 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00021 | $0.00090 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00010 | $0.00045 |
Grade A, and why
nature-paper-workflow scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Nature Paper Workflow
This is a self-contained entry for the bundled Nature Paper Skills resources. Explicit user instructions, the requested edit scope and the target venue take precedence over the bundled defaults.
For a general manuscript request, read paper-workflow and use its diagnosis, routing and output contract. For a named specialist task, load that specialist directly from the bundled skill index.
When the dispatcher or a specialist calls for another skill, read
resources/<skill-name>/SKILL.md from this package and apply its instructions.
These are bundled resources; they do not need separate entries in the @ menu.
Resolve each specialist's relative references, scripts, templates and assets
from that specialist's own directory. When a specialist points to another skill's
reference file, such as paper-workflow's references/section-contracts.md, read it
from resources/<skill-name>/. Read only the resources needed for the task.
The index records the specialists included in this build. Local installer flags mentioned by a specialist describe the standalone distribution. If a needed specialist is absent from this bundle, use the available instructions and identify the additional resource needed for the affected step.
Use the tools available in the current Work session. Run a packaged helper only when its interpreter and dependencies are available. Preserve measurements, citations and protected text; report missing evidence or unavailable operations without presenting them as completed. Deliver the requested revision or findings using the original workflow's output contract.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

nature-paper-workflow is a skill published in the GitHub repository Boom5426/Nature-Paper-Skills (588 stars, last pushed 4d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 103 tokens to every session and 449 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-09.

anti-defensive-writing-en
Stops defensive writing across the entire paper lifecycle — writing, revising, cutting, and organizing experiments.
