Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00027 | $0.00471 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00011 | $0.00188 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00005 | $0.00094 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00047 |
Grade A, and why
citation-and-bib-cleanup scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 69 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Citation And Bib Cleanup
Purpose
Improve citations and bibliographies without inventing metadata. This skill checks titles, authors, venues, years, URLs, and BibTeX-like fields from evidence.
When To Use
Use for BibTeX cleanup, citation lists, related-work references, DOI/arXiv metadata checks, and bibliography formatting.
Inputs And Evidence
- Existing citation entries, paper links, PDFs, DOIs, arXiv IDs, and target style.
- Source metadata from web/PDF evidence.
Tool Map
research_webpagesfetch_webpageread_pdfresearch-paper-searchcitation_bibliography_createcitation_bibliography_inspectwrite_note
Workflow
- Parse existing entries and identify missing fields.
- Verify metadata from source pages or PDFs.
- Normalize authors, titles, venues, dates, URLs, identifiers, source references, and uncertainty labels in structured fields.
- Use
citation_bibliography_createto produce Markdown, JSON metadata, and BibTeX artifacts from explicit evidence. - Use
citation_bibliography_inspectto verify entry counts, uncertainty counts, and preview text before responding. - Do not fabricate unavailable metadata.
Native Implementation Boundaries
- Use Stram web/PDF/search tools.
- Do not import external reference abstract searcher or citation scripts.
- Dedicated DOI/arXiv adapters must be native.
- Bibliography creation is artifact-only; it does not claim live DOI/arXiv verification unless source evidence is provided.
Safety And Approval
- Avoid plagiarism and fake citations.
- Respect source access limits.
- Do not over-normalize names without evidence.
Verification
- Each cleaned entry should have source evidence.
- Unverified fields should be marked.
- Inspect the bibliography artifact and BibTeX sidecar.
- Formatting should match requested style.
Failure Modes
- Hallucinating DOI/venue.
- Changing title casing incorrectly for proper nouns.
- Losing URLs or access dates.

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

citation-and-bib-cleanup is a skill published in the GitHub repository CodeInfinity1/Stram (11 stars, last pushed 2mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 27 tokens to every session and 471 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.

Generate, inspect, assemble, and render vector-quality PDF documents with precise page geometry, print typography, page breaks, and PDF/A standards. Use when generating downloadable reports, invoices, printable whitepapers, combining PDF pages, or rendering HTML to vector PDF.
product-spec-pdf-parser
Extract sourced FF&E specifications from supplied product PDFs into reviewable structured data. Use for fact sheets, spec sheets and price books; not web-page capture, EPD extraction or automatic schedule adoption.
epd-parser
Extract GWP, life-cycle stages, certifications, and impact metrics from an EPD PDF. Use when given a declaration to parse; not to find or compare EPDs.
bib-parse
Extract citations from a PDF and generate a validated .bib file. Use when the user asks to extract citations from a PDF and generate a validated .bib file. Reads the PDF, identifies referenced works, constructs BibTeX entries, and verifies metadata.
